Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Game Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our remote development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in game development, strong programming skills, and a passion for building smooth, engaging gameplay experiences.

You will work closely with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life and ensure high performance and stability across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement gameplay systems and mechanics
  • Work with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
  • Integrate UI, animations, physics, and game logic
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to implement game features
  • Optimize game performance and ensure smooth gameplay
  • Debug and resolve technical issues
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
  • Contribute ideas to improve gameplay and player experience

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in game development
  • Strong programming skills (C# for Unity or C++ for Unreal Engine)
  • Solid understanding of game development workflows and architecture
  • Experience with gameplay programming, UI, or animation systems
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Plastic SCM, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with mobile or PC game development
  • Knowledge of multiplayer or networking systems
  • Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Basic knowledge of shaders, VFX, or tools development
