Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, algorithm development, and production-level deployment of ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
  • Build and maintain ML pipelines and workflows
  • Deploy models into production using APIs and cloud services
  • Monitor model performance and retrain models when required
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams
  • Research and implement modern ML techniques and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML development
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
  • Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or recommendation systems
  • Knowledge of deep learning architectures
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts
