Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our remote engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services and APIs while collaborating with frontend developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Debug, test, and deploy backend services
  • Follow coding standards and best practices

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Backend Developer
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Knowledge of Git and version control systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of message queues or microservices architecture
